This project was an interior fit out of an existing one story masonry building for a new medical office space. The new tenant occupied 5,605 SF of the existing shopping center. Abs renovated two existing tenant spaces to accommodate the tenant. Our scope of work included selective interior demolition, new vestibule and storefront entrance, structural columns and lintels for new openings, new foundation and slab for vestibule, metal framing for new partitions, drop ceiling throughout, new finishes, custom casework, EIFS @ the exterior, and upgrades to existing sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to accommodate the new layout.
