This project consisted of a 4,500 Square foot interior "open-remodel" to an existing child care facility at Foster Plaza in Greentree, PA. Construction was phased and some was off-hours to allow the tenant to remain open. Safety was our top priority as well as keeping the jobsite neat and clean. Work included demo, custom casework, caulking, doors, frames, hardware, aluminum storefront, metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, vinyl flooring and base, FRP, painting, toilet accessories, signage, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. This project was completed on time and on budget.
