Scope of work: Construction of a rooftop terrace onto an existing sloped roof in the North Shore Area of Pittsburgh, PA including a pedestal paver system, trex decking, pergola construction, roofing, decorative metal privacy wall with structural steel posts, and exterior lighting. This project was finished on time and on budget. This space really gives the tenant an exclusive terrace with lots of amenities.
