This project was an interior fit out of an existing two story bar and grille located on Carson St in the South Side. Work consisted of selective interior demolition of the 3,200 SF structure. Scope of work consisted of new interior partitions, casework, countertops, upgrades to the plumbing, mechanical, & electrical systems. All new interior finishes, bathrooms were added to the 2nd floor, along with new interior railings and an overlook to see the floor below. A new fireplace area was added with a stone veneer, and an all new thin brick veneer was added behind the bars at both levels. This project was completed on a fast track schedule and is anything but a Dive!
